You'll be shopping the city for homes, understanding micro-markets, influencing high-value homeowners, and building the trust layer in a low-trust category. You'll learn what makes the rental market tick - and become a well-rounded operator who understands real estate, people, and scale.What You'll Do- Drive homeowner acquisition in key clusters through outbound outreach, consultative sales, and on-ground market mapping- Build conviction in our value prop (guaranteed rent, tenant vetting, full-service ops) and convert fence-sitting owners into partners- Shape supply-side GTM strategy: work on channel intelligence, market segmentation, and acquisition strategy- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams: operations, product, demand and marketing - ensuring smooth handover and onboarding.- Track market trends, monitor competitors, and surface real-time insights to refine our pitch and product.What We're Looking For- 0-4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales or Customer-facing roles. - A natural persuader who knows how to build trust and read people fast.- High ownership mindset - you'll operate with autonomy and pace.Good to have : Exposure to real estate, proptech, or high-volume B2C/B2B sales.Come shape the rental experience India actually dese (ref:updazz.com)
