- Provide hands on technical support related to the overall health and maintenance of the Windows operating environments in support of 24/7 operations
- Ability to decompose complex problems to ensure timely and accurate resolution of system anomalies before they impact operations.
- Performance and capacity management of the server environment
- Design and execute disaster recovery plans
- Backup and recovery of the server environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Good Knowledge of CLoud Technologies (AWS, Azure).
- Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible)
- Scripting or programming experience (Python, Shell Scripting, …)
- Be accountable, take ownership and strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work well on a team as well as individually (be a team player!)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
- Scripting or programming experience (PowerShell)
- ITIL Foundation V3 certified is an asset
- Good Knowledge of Cloud Technologies i.e, AWS / Azure.
- Experience on Configuration /management of Elastic Load Balancers, auto-scaling, Virtual Private Cloud, Routing, cloud database, IAM, ACM and SSM.
- Should have knowledge of Virtualization administration/configuration including HA/DR
- Should apply Networking principles: TCP/IP, Routers, Firewalls, Switches, Load Balancers, VPNs
- Experience in managing the instances of the cloud infrastructure services and the multiple cloud servers.
- Demonstrate aptitude and willingness to learn
- Enthusiastic individual with a passion for people, business and communication
- Highly motivated and eager to work with new technologies
- Must be self-starter and proactive, able and willing to learn with minimal supervision, and question things that don’t make sense
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to work under pressure
- Excellent English communication skills both written and spoken are a must
