- Executing IT initiatives for application development, roll-out & support
- Analysis of Business Requirements to convert them to System Specifications
- Must have domain knowledge about banking and financial services
- Project Planning and execution with time and cost constraints
- Functional resource who can provide Functional support to business
- Management of Oracle Fusion application from BSG perspective (Financials modules like GL, AP, AR, FA etc.)
- Management of GST applications from BSG perspective (Financials modules like GL, AP, AR, FA etc.)
- Coordinating with all stakeholders including business users as well as internal team members
- Guiding team members to carry out the activities more efficiently
- Knowledge of Finance as well as Taxation (GST) processes
- Domain Knowledge for the Banking & Financial Services
- Good team coordination and communication Skills
- Good Vendor Management Skills
- Good Troubleshooting Skill
- Knowledge of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle)
- Proven skills and experience in Good companies and in Banking & Financial Services Domain
- Functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion application (Financials modules like GL, AP, AR, FA etc.) will be added advantage
- Engineering Graduate and or Management Graduate
- Min. 10-12 years
