- o Providing guidance and support for company projects and initiatives o Working with Stakeholders to implement technology solutions to their requirements on Surveillance platforms. o Data analysis and production of technical documentation, formulating testing approaches, test plans and cases. o Regular updates to senior stakeholders o Supporting business users with user acceptance testing. o Presentation of results to senior stakeholders
- o 7+ years of Business Analysis & UAT experience in Capital Markets domain experience. o Solid understanding of trade surveillance practices, market abuse regulations, and related compliance requirements (e.g., MAR, Dodd-Frank, MiFID II) o Knowledge of trade surveillance tools and systems (e.g., Actimize, SMARTS, or similar) o Good understanding of one or more of the following asset classes - Rates/Commodities/FX derivatives o Good knowledge of SQL o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders o Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment o Good understanding of business change and software development life cycles o Strong stakeholder management skills o Analyse trade data to identify trends, anomalies, and potential risk areas.
