Job Description:About the Role:Grade Level (for internal use): 10S&P Global CorporateThe Role: Senior Infrastructure EngineerThe Team: Productivity Services is part of Digital Workplace. Our global team focuses on providing architectural and engineering services for S&P Global's desktops, laptops, virtual desktops, print services, mobile devices, and productivity applications.The Impact:Assist with the implementation and upgrades of the above technologies to enable business value and adoption. Assist with the implementation of support tools and processes related to the same.Provide input on IT Strategy, operations, and innovations as related to infrastructure technologies.Help drive enhanced workplace productivity service capabilities to increase user productivity as an industry differentiator.What's in it for you:This position will provide an opportunity to expand your experience to all of the technologies serviced by Productivity Services and to work on state-of-the-art technologies used in the end-user computing space. You will work on projects and initiatives that will directly impact S&P Global's employees and will expand your knowledge of our business and how Digital Workplace's technology enables the business.Responsibilities:Provide engineering support to our outsource partner, both reactively for complex requests and issues and proactively for projects.Ensure product engineering and lifecycle processes are followed.Ensure enterprise standards, goals, and compliance are maintained and adhered to.Act as an SME on infrastructure projects.Oversee and help drive the implementation of key enterprise initiatives related to workplace productivity technologies.Interact with key business IT and stakeholders to proactively identify business problems and opportunities that can be addressed with innovative technology solutions.Work collaboratively with other members of Workplace Services to influence future technology decisions.What we're looking for:Basic Qualification:Bachelor's degree preferred.6 or more years of experience providing planning and engineering support for at least one of the end-user computing technologies mentioned above.Working knowledge of the other technologies mentioned above which you have not provided engineering support. * Experience with:

SCCM, Intune, Application Packaging Tools, Win 32 apps, Windows store apps, etc.
Windows OS servicing, O365 servicing, Windows OS migration/in-place upgrade.
Task Sequence, ADR, SCCM site servicing, CMG.
Print Management, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Scripting Language (PS, VBS, batch, etc).
Cloud technologies such as Microsoft Office 365 or AWS Workspaces
