- Support and oversee programs related to Disaster Recovery, Compliance, Risk, or Governance
- Assist in managing program scope to ensure deliverables align with approved charters and stakeholder expectations
- Participate in program execution while monitoring progress, milestones, and dependencies
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Support planning and direction of schedules, resources, and budgets/spend
- Identify, track, and support resolution of program-level risks and issues (technical and non-technical) in accordance with ACI project management methodology
- Escalate risks and issues appropriately and support mitigation planning
- Partner with internal teams and customers to build strong, collaborative program teams
- Support negotiations related to resource constraints and scheduling challenges
- Ensure alignment and consensus across stakeholders, project managers, and functional teams
- Prepare and maintain program-level dashboards, including status reports, risk dashboards, and Gantt charts
- Support and participate in program update meetings and stakeholder communications
- Ensure stakeholders and management are informed of program progress, risks, and key decisions
- Assist in tracking deadlines, budgets, and program activities across inter-connected projects
- Adhere to all corporate policies, including the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics
- Perform other duties as assigned in support of program and organizational objectives
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- 4-6 years of project management experience, with some exposure to managing or supporting programs
- Understanding of project and program management methodologies
- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment with teams across multiple disciplines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Project and program reporting tools
- PMI certification (or actively working toward certification) or approved equivalent
- Experience supporting governance, compliance, risk, or disaster recovery initiatives
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and interdependent activities
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Collaborative team player with emerging leadership capabilities
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Standard office work environment (Hybrid model)
- Majority of time spent working on a PC
- Travel may be required (domestic and/or international)
