
SAP HCM German Payroll Consultant

- Configure, implement, and support SAP HCM Payroll (PY-DE) aligned with German legal requirements and customer specifications.
- Lead or support end-to-end payroll implementations for German entities.
- Perform system testing, support user acceptance testing, and resolve any functional issues.
- Work closely with clients to gather requirements, analyze gaps, and offer scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and project teams for seamless integration with other modules (PA, OM, Time Management, etc.).
- Provide post-go-live support and process optimization.
- Document functional specifications, test scripts, and user manuals.
- 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM, with at least 2+ years focused on German Payroll configuration.
- Strong knowledge of German payroll statutory regulations (tax, social insurance, etc.).
- Experience in full-cycle implementations, including blueprinting, customizing, and go-live support.
- Working knowledge of integration with PA, OM, and Time Management modules.
- Proficiency in writing functional specs and collaborating with technical teams.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- German language proficiency (B1 or above) is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, Business, or related field.
