Please feel free to peruse our website www.alfalaval.com The Position / About The Job Responsible for managing and developing business channels (including wholesalers, distributors, agents, integrators) Channel Manager-Integrator ( Southern Region ) will be responsible to - Screen the target market for large Integrators, System Builders and Contractors .. Find Out new channel Partners, key customers and nourish channels and make sure they see the value addition in their process by utilizing Alfa Laval equipment range . Support Integrator s to select Alfa Laval equipment's in alignment with P&A Formulate, implement and update the sales plan for assigned products, services and channels Update and implement business channels agreements for appointed wholesalers and together with his/ her manager. Analyze and understand market insights, the buying behavior and the function of Channel Partners way to the markets in order to support the channel to grow the sales. Identify key factors to grow the sales at each channel and to motive the channel to prioritize Alfa Laval product sales. Understand competition for HFH , use Technical differentiation to show value to Integrators . End user Visits to get competition insight and show them benefits of sustainability initiatives , ROI and savings in water, energy , power and utility . What You Can Be - 4-5 years of overall functional experience in Sales, Sales support, Proposals for capital goods. BE Mechanical Engineer Preferred. Prior Experience as a Channel Manager Integrator. Industry experience: from process engineering, manufacturing, equipment supply Directly/indirectly working with Food/Pharma/Sugar/Starch/Distillery/Food processing / Steel/ Power/ Chemical/ Manufacturing Customers in previous organization.
