Maintain daily / weekly & monthly defaulters & co-ordinate with concerns on improvement.6. Responsible for multiple companies' projects, activities, attendance, billing, pay rolls, hiring, accounts outstanding, training, review, meetings.7. Maintain PJP vs AJP of employees.8. Ensure unpaid visibility in markets & specially during festival seasons.9. Recruit candidates within 7 days of vacancy intimation.10. Client service - Meeting to resolve the problems if any.11. Weekly Meetings and reviews of Team Leaders & specially with non-performers.12. Handling issues of ESIC, PF & salary of project employees.13. End to end recruitments of new and existing vacancies with follow ups.14. Planning and preparing various schemes for sale & doing R&R activity.15. Actively learn & stay informed about product capabilities, roles, new systems & processes.16. Identify performance gaps & recommend solutions to close gaps related to knowledge & skills.17. Reporting to Sr. Management on regular basis & get into regular reviews.18. Should regularly upgrade himself/herself on product knowledge & required skills.19. Achievement of revenue & other given targets.20. Should be punctual & flexible in travelling.Required skills:1. Excellent presentation & Communication skills (Mandatory)2.
