Ensure that our different warehouses operate in the safest conditions and provide all necessary support and leadership to the warehouse team in terms of training, equipment or other capital requirements. Manage 3PL, external warehouses ensuring the most efficient use of it to minimize expenses under this concept. Supervise and ensure maximum efficiency of the Warehouse budget (pallets, film extendable, PPE, etc.). Coordinate, supervise, control and ensure the activities of reception, dispatch, storage and distribution of raw materials, finished products, packaging, various supplies for the company's external and internal clients. Supervise product shipments for national and international clients managing the contracting of transportation for each case. Issue and submit the reports required by management in a timely manner. Ensure the logistics chain of raw materials, finished products and others requirements that the company may present. Request transportation for delivery of finished product to national and international clients. Tracking deliveries from origin to destination.
