We are hiring a Sous Chef Lebanese Cuisine for an exciting new upscale casual restaurant opening soon in Bangalore, India. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and creative chef who thrives in dynamic environments and is ready to be part of an ambitious pre-opening project.Contract: 1 Year
Interviews: Will be conducted in DubaiWhat You'll Do:Support the Executive Chef in launching and running the Lebanese kitchen sectionLead day-to-day kitchen operations with a strong focus on quality and authenticityDrive culinary excellence while maintaining cost control and hygiene standardsEngage in PR and promotional activities, representing the brand in media and public eventsTrain and lead a kitchen team to deliver consistently high standardsPlay a hands-on role in the pre-opening phase, from kitchen setup to menu planningWhat Were Looking For:Minimum 3-5 years of experience as Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie in Lebanese or Middle Eastern cuisineProven pre-opening experience is a mustStrong communication and leadership skillsEnergetic personality with a flair for hospitality and public engagementWillingness to relocate to Bangalore for the contract periodWhat We Offer:1-year contract with the potential for renewalAccommodation and duty meals providedStandard benefits in line with company policyA chance to be part of a flagship opening and showcase your culinary identity
