  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the project site office
  • Ensure availability and maintenance of office infrastructure, utilities, and supplies
  • Coordinate with vendors for facility services
  • Maintain office assets, inventory, and administrative records
  • Facilitate staff onboarding, mobilisation, and logistics at the site
  • Manage official correspondence and communication
Document Control & Information Management
  • Establish and maintain an efficient Document Management System
  • Control all incoming and outgoing documents (letters, drawings, reports, submittals, etc.)
  • Ensure proper document numbering, version control, and traceability
  • Maintain document registers (incoming/outgoing, drawings, submittals, transmittals)
  • Ensure timely distribution of documents to relevant stakeholders
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of project data
Where you will workVirudhnagar, Tamil NaduWhat you bringQualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with diploma/certificate courses in computer operations/applications
  • 5–10 years of relevant experience in office management and document control
  • Prior experience in infrastructure/construction/consultancy projects preferred
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong understanding of document control systems and workflows
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with EDMS platforms (Aconex, SharePoint, etc.) preferred
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic project environment
