- Design and maintain the architecture and roadmap for MES, QMS, CMMS, labeling, and S&OP systems
- Lead system integrations with ERP and other enterprise applications
- Support system deployments, upgrades, and enhancements across multiple sites
- Provide Level 2 support and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Review system logs, performance data, and user feedback to identify improvements
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, SOX, and internal IT policies
- Develop standardized processes for incident management, problem resolution, and change control
- Identify automation opportunities using SQL, scripting, or SSIS
- Support user acceptance testing and help develop training materials
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience implementing or supporting MES, QMS, CMMS, or label management systems
- Strong understanding of Plex or similar cloud‑based MES platforms
- Experience with system integrations across ERP, manufacturing, and supply chain systems
- Knowledge of S&OP processes; experience with Logility S&OP is a strong plus
- Technical skills in SQL, scripting, or automation tools
- Ability to troubleshoot across applications, servers, networks, and databases
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with Operations and IT stakeholders
- Experience supporting multi‑site manufacturing environments preferred
- Hybrid work model with a mix of onsite in Pune and remote work
- Lead and develop a team of Solution Architects and technical support staff
- Set priorities, assign work, and ensure timely delivery of projects, enhancements, and operational support
- Own the architecture roadmap for MES, QMS, CMMS, labeling, and S&OP systems
- Establish standards, best practices, and governance for manufacturing system design and integration
- Oversee system performance, uptime, and incident resolution across all manufacturing sites
- Ensure effective Level 2/3 support and manage escalations for critical issues
- Drive root‑cause analysis and long‑term corrective actions for recurring problems
- Oversee system implementations, upgrades, and multi‑site deployments
- Ensure successful integrations with ERP, S&OP, and other enterprise applications
- Maintain compliance with cybersecurity, SOX, and internal IT policies
- Identify automation opportunities to improve reliability and reduce manual work
- Partner with Operations and IT to ensure solutions meet business needs and performance expectations
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience leading teams responsible for MES, QMS, CMMS, labeling, or similar manufacturing systems
- Strong understanding of Plex or other cloud‑based MES platforms
- Experience with system integrations across ERP, manufacturing, and supply chain systems
- Knowledge of S&OP processes; experience with Logility S&OP is a strong plus
- Proven ability to manage technical teams and deliver complex, multi‑site solutions
- Strong troubleshooting skills across applications, servers, networks, and databases
- Technical skills in SQL, scripting, or automation tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills
- Experience in regulated or compliance‑driven environments preferred
