Position Overview Treasury Analyst Analyst/Cash Management - Private Equity Funds The Analyst for SANNE Treasury Services team will support all aspects of core Treasury responsibilities including cash management, short term cash forecasting and liquidity management, credit facility administration, loan servicing, bank account administration and short-term money market fund investments. This is a perfect role for a new graduate or someone wishing to launch their career in the field of Treasury. The successful candidate will liaise with key functional areas within the company or external clients on a regular basis Skills Required Bachelor's in finance, Business Admin, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related field of study. Minimum 4+ year of work experience or internship experience in treasury or financial institutions. Strong computer skills, including above average proficiency in Excel. Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to the details. Ability to think innovatively and identify new approaches to the existing processes. Team player with strong personal work ethic Strong written and verbal communication skills Responsibilities Enter and process domestic and international wire payments (multi-currency). Assist in determining daily cash positions for all accounts at numerous banks and ensure optimal levels of liquidity for all disbursement accounts. Assist in daily short-term investment executions. Assist in credit facilities administration process including drawdowns, repayments, rollovers, and compliance filings. Assist in loan servicing process including interest rate notices, interest calculation, fee calculation and loan covenant calculation. Assist in preparing audit and compliance schedules as requested and in accordance with credit or loan agreements. Assist in daily reconciliation of all incoming & outgoing wires and validate & authenticate origin of payments to comply with US and international regulations such as OFAC, Sanction and Anti-Money Laundering. Assist in bank account administration process, including bank account opening, closing, ACH debit filter setups, signatory updates and KYC requirements. Assist in bank fee analysis and ad-hoc reporting such as FBAR, ALM Risk Report, Global Credit Report, and Daily treasury reports.
