- Lead and manage engineering teams to deliver engineering and design packages for process, chemical, and petrochemical industries - Green field, Sustainable solutions, debottlenecking, facility augmentation, troubleshooting, etc.,
- Oversee various phases of engineering, primarily the early phases, including conceptual design, feasibility studies, and scope development.
- Work in a global, multi-discipline environment, coordinating with teams and stakeholders across different regions. Lead and guide the team to achieve project objectives.
- Manage projects for clients in Europe, the USA, and other countries.
- Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and ensure project goals align with their needs for innovative solutions.
- Liaise with external stakeholders like process licensors, OEMs, clients, and certification agencies.
- Provide troubleshooting and problem-solving expertise to address complex engineering challenges.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations, and best practices in process and chemical engineering.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and deliver solutions that are cost effective, realistic, safe for the business, environment, and society.
- Collaborate with other departments, including procurement, construction, and operations, to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Prepare and present engineering reports, project updates, and technical documentation to senior management and clients.
- Technical requirement and scope management
- Scope alignment, link the agreed scope with budget. Raise additional work if the scope was not accounted in the budget.
- Continuously improve methods, adapt AI, applying lessons learned to optimize client value.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in the process, chemical, and petrochemical industries.
- Proven experience in the early phases of engineering, including conceptual design and feasibility studies.
- Experience in debottlenecking, facility augmentation, and troubleshooting
- Strong background in managing multi-discipline engineering projects in a global environment.
- Experience working on projects in Europe, the USA, and other regions.
- Excellent client-facing skills, ability to understand and address client needs, technology focus.
- Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Possesses strong critical thinking, active listening skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in engineering software and tools relevant to the process and chemical industries.

- Experience in innovative solution development within the chemical and petrochemical sectors.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification.
