The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of trade finance, commercial lending, and investment products, along with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.Responsibilities: * Develop and expand relationships with High Net Worth customers for liabilities and commercial assets.
  • Ensure high levels of customer service and compliance with bank policies.
  • Cross-sell a wide range of banking products to deepen client engagement.
  • Inform clients about new products and enhancements to strengthen relationships.
  • Plan and execute targeted sales initiatives and client engagement events.
  • Collaborate with group companies to offer integrated financial solutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and relationship history.
  • Monitor and resolve customer complaints and queries within defined turnaround times (TAT).
