HIRING FOR CYBERARK SUPPORT- HYDERABADJob Summary:We are seeking a skilled CyberArk Support Engineer to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, support, and optimization of CyberArk Privileged Access Security (Client) solutions, ensuring secure and seamless access to critical systems and data.Key Responsibilities:Provide L1/L2/L3 support for CyberArk components including PVWA, CPM, PSM, AIM, and Vault.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CyberArk infrastructure and privileged account onboarding.Monitor CyberArk services and performance; take proactive steps to maintain uptime and reliability.Assist in CyberArk deployment, patching, upgrades, and backup/restoration processes.Work closely with system administrators, security, and compliance teams to ensure CyberArk policies are enforced.Support integrations with other IAM solutions (e.g., LDAP, Active Directory, SIEM).Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, incidents, and solutions.Conduct regular reviews of privileged accounts, password rotation policies, and access controls.Respond to audit requests and assist in compliance initiatives (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, ISO 27001).Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.2–5 years of experience supporting CyberArk or similar PAM solutions.Hands-on experience with:CyberArk Client Suite (Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, PSMP, AIM)Directory Services: Active Directory/LDAPWindows and Linux server administrationGood understanding of IT security principles, privileged access, and identity lifecycle management.Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, Python, etc.) for automation and reporting.Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
