1 Execution and Implementation
- Assist Distributor to Achieve spare parts sales targets in the respective territory
- Support and assist Distributor in demand generating activities viz developing schemes, holding mechanic Meets, Customer meets etc.
- Monitor and maintain concurrence between sales, spare parts inventory and order generation for channel partners (distributor)
- Handle and resolve Complaint for channel partners (distributors / dealers / retailers and customers.)
- Collect and evaluate Competitor data for internal organisation changes and to grow business
- Assist the Distributor to explore new avenues to boost growth of sales of Spares and expansion of the network
- Train and educate End customers – Retailers, Mechanics, Fleet Operator associations and channel partners about genuine spare Parts.
- Managing process & parts training, and training on implementation of sales process
- Increase Revenue though Parts retail channel
- Ensure the distributors achieve the set annual / monthly targets.
- Build and nurture mutually beneficial relationships with all stakeholders, channel partners, institutional key accounts, clients and customers
- Collaborate with OEM, Warehouse, and Vendors to ensure timely supply of Tata Genuine Spares
