We are currently seeking a Technical Sourcer with 4+ years of expertise to join our Mumbai office. This role plays a critical part in the growth and development of our technical team by identifying and attracting top technical talents to all areas of the company.Responsibilities:Develop recruiting strategies to source, attract and recruit to fill key positions.
Use various techniques (Internet sourcing, exploring niche job boards, LinkedIn networking, etc.) to find appropriate candidates for specific positions.
Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals.
Conduct preliminary interviews to gauge interest level, technical skill set, as well as salary range requirements.
Maintain regular communication with hiring teams to anticipate, understand, and fulfill their hiring needs.
Maintain complete and accurate documentation.Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant fieldExperience
Key ResponsibilitiesProven 4+ years of experience as a Technical Sourcer or similar role in technical recruiting.
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting, Boolean search, etc.)
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
Expertise in sourcing and engaging candidates for diverse roles.
