Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze the requirements and perform preliminary screening of profiles/resumes to match the requirements as per the provided Job Descriptions (JD),
  • Identifying relevant profiles matching the JD provided for IT & Non-IT positions,
  • Conduct screening interviews over the phone and shortlist prospective candidates for our clients for Entry-level jobs to Middle management.
  • Sourcing through job portals (Naukri) social media like LinkedIn / Facebook and other available online forums.
  • Coordinate with the potential candidates to schedule them for the Interviews.
  • Should conduct market research on the availability of talent pool in specific markets /Regions.
  • Introduce new companies for tie-up/empanelment for recruitment /Placement & HR Services.
  • Maintain healthy relationships with clients and candidates to generate new business and potential references.
  • Tracker to be maintained for all sourced CVs online in Google Sheets or given CRM/ATS as per the requirements of the company & clients.
Desired Skills:
  • Education- Graduate
  • Experience: 1+ Years in Recruitment & Placement
  • Experience in sourcing & interviewing potential candidates for IT/Non-IT positions
  • Sound knowledge of MS-Office- Word, Excel and internet.
  • Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills
  • High on Confidence, Influencing and Relationship-building
  • Should be a self-starter & team player with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • People person & ability to build rapport with employees. Good Listening, Analytical skills.
  • Ability to work and deliver the results as per the client/business needs.
