Position Summary: - The Senior Enterprise Sales & Account Manager will be responsible for crafting and implementing a strategic sales plan aimed at expanding Vara Infrovate's footprint in the enterprise and corporate sectors. - This role involves selling IoT, Cybersecurity, Blockchain, AI, and IT products & services to high-value clients, including PSUs, as well as developing and maintaining strong relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). - The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in account management, account mining, and driving revenue through upselling and cross-selling initiatives, as well as managing account receivables. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Strategy & Planning - Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to achieve revenue targets within the enterprise and corporate sectors, including PSUs. - Identify and prioritize target accounts, and create tailored strategies for selling System Integration based Cybersecurity solutions and services such as End Point Security, Security Operations Centre (SOC), Threat Intelligence etc. 2. Account Management & Growth - Independently manage relationships with Cybersecurity OEMs, leveraging partnerships to increase market penetration. - Develop and implement an account management strategy that focuses on account mining, upselling, cross-selling, and nurturing long-term client relationships. - Oversee account receivables, ensuring timely payments and maintaining positive cash flow. 3. Customer Engagement & Relationship Building - Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, providing high-touch service and fostering deep relationships to understand client needs and business challenges. - Regularly meet with clients to present product offerings, solutions, and strategies that align with their business objectives. 4. Cross-Functional Coordination - Lead and coordinate with pre-sales and post-sales teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless delivery of solutions. - Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, to tailor solutions that meet client requirements and resolve any implementation challenges. 5. Market & Industry Knowledge - Maintain in-depth knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements in IoT, Cybersecurity. - Identify new market opportunities and emerging technologies that can enhance client value and align with Vara Infrovate's offerings. 6. Reporting & Forecasting - Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline status, and client feedback to support accurate revenue forecasting and strategic decision-making. - Provide regular updates to senior management on account status, growth opportunities, and key performance indicators. Desired Education/ Experience and Competencies: - BTech and MBA with minimum 8+ year experience in enterprise sales, account management, or business development in the technology sector, with a focus on IoT, Cybersecurity, Blockchain/ AI. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in an enterprise-focused environment. - Strong knowledge of the corporate and PSU landscape, including a network of key contacts and influencers. - Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and sustain relationships with senior executives. - Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and other relevant software.
