With 54 plush rooms, we provide our guests with a truly aristocratic stay experience. Job Overview We are looking for a Guest Relations Executive to join our team at Solaris Hotel Indore. As a Guest Relations Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests have a memorable and delightful experience during their stay. This is a full-time position based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India, and requires 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role. Qualifications And Skills 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar guest relations or front desk role Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong customer service orientation Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism Proficient in using hotel management software and standard office software Good organizational and multitasking skills Fluency in English and Hindi, both written and spoken Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Ability to work in a team and independently Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays Roles And Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring a smooth process Provide information to guests about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions Listen to and resolve guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure guest satisfaction Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding hotel services, promotions, and events Assist in organizing and coordinating special events or functions Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, or in-person Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area
