Plan production in shift to meet customer commitments and achieve goals in production.· Quality of CF products and yield. Coordinate with QA team to ensure tube quality as per specifications and reduce tube rejection.· Carry out internal audits for 5 S, Kaizen, SMT BS initiatives.· Tool management and MIS.· Ensure availability of tools, consumables, and manpower· Autonomous maintenance for TPM on cold flow machines· In process inspection on all operations and control tube rejection· Develop and execute processes keeping in mind Sandvik's Core Values· Responsible for 5s, TPM & Continuous Improvement· Fulfilling QMS, EMS, OHSAS, legal & financial requirements and closing NC/observations if any· Successful implementation of SMT Business System.· Handover shift in a better way· U Tubes Production and Plan, Handle all activity in U bend section.· TPI Order tracking and preparation TPI planAdditional Information:20000
