- Land Area: Approximately 116 acres.
- Development Plan: Conceptual master planning is underway to accommodate high-rise towers with configurations up to G+13 floors (approx. 5500-6000 flats and bachelor accommodation).
- Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning, development, and execution of project, ensuring alignment with the Mundra Infrastructure master plan and business objectives.
- Identify and implement innovative project management methodologies and tools to enhance efficiency, mitigate risks, and optimize project outcomes.
- Establish and oversee project governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
- Develop and track key project performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage end-to-end execution of construction, expansion ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and budget.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, and government authorities, to facilitate seamless project execution.
- Oversee risk management initiatives, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks that could impact project delivery.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, building codes, and safety protocols, conducting regular inspections to guarantee compliance.
- Implement stringent quality control procedures to ensure all construction work meets both internal and external standards for safety and quality.
- Ensure adherence to high-quality construction standards, sustainability goals, and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare detailed project budgets, monitor ongoing costs, and ensure financial control throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project CAPEX, OPEX and resource allocation to maintain profitability.
- Provide accurate and timely financial reports to senior management, ensuring transparency and accountability in project spending.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key internal stakeholders, including senior management, legal, compliance, finance, and operations teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, developers, contractors, government agencies, and regulatory bodies.
- Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met, fostering a cohesive and efficient work environment.
- Prepare Organisation Structures, Head Counts and the Budgets
- Planning, Deployment, Review and optimisation of Talent Required
- Oversee the permitting and licensing process for the project, ensuring all necessary approvals are obtained in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to address potential issues that could impact project timelines, costs, or quality.
- Lead efforts in compliance with sustainability and environmental standards, minimizing environmental impact during project execution.
- Integrate sustainability principles into construction and development projects, including carbon reduction, energy efficiency, and waste management.
- Lead initiatives to achieve green certifications and promote environmental stewardship.
- Foster a digital-first approach by utilizing advanced technologies like Building Information Modelling (BIM), digital project management tools, and data analytics.
- Promote the adoption of innovative solutions for sustainability, and operational efficiency.
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering, with PG Diploma in Project Management (NICMAR preferred)
- Certifications in Project Management will be preferred
- Experience / Exposure
- 18+ years of experience in construction project management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing large-scale Infrastructure and Real Estate development, Townships projects.
- Exposure and experience in Project Management Tools such as Primavera, MS Projects etc..
