Designation: Assistant Area Manager( 4 – 6 Yrs. Of from life insurance agency background /wealth sales experience background from Wealth Management cos. , Banks , NBFCs & Broking cos. In wealth management & financial planning. )The role involves:
reporting to Zone Head . Channel is FPD – Financial Product Distribution channel – selling multiple financial products with the help of 50-100 freelance – part time salaried distributors , role holder will have to hire distributors & get business from them .Location : Rajkot , Ahmedabad ,Trichy ,Chennai, Visakhapatnam, Hyderabad , Nashik & CoimbatoreKey Result Areas (KRAs) & Responsibilities:Achieve revenue growth & profitability to upscale the teamTo drive the sales targets for the team and build teams as per company's annual target and over all objectives.
To focus on Revenue & Profitability with achievement of target and Yield with management.
Giving financial solutions to customers as per financial planning & wealth management process as per customer need.
To plan and execute various team level Initiatives to ensure business momentum and direction.
To engage in new and innovative business planning activities to increase client acquisition and team profitability.
To monitor individual and team performance and take steps to improve productivity and correct deviations if any.To ensure training and development for team effectivenessCollaborate with the training team to ensure that the workforce is trained timely in products & processes as per business requirements.
Make sure all the FPDs in the team attend the training.To effectively manage day to day team administration and operations for smooth functioning of the teamTo monitor and foster all daily operations of the team.
To handle a team of Financial Product Distributors and motivate them in target achievements.To ensure customer management & engagementTo plan and execute local area programs and referrals programs.
To focus on the retention of customers, higher revenue generation and referral activities.
To continuously scan the local market penetration & competitive offerings & report on emerging trends for different Product Lines .
To ensure client records are up to date in terms of financial details & contact ability and run data analytics on them on a periodic basis
To ensure speedy resolution of client queries and grievances to maximize satisfaction levels.To ensure effective risk management & policy adherenceTo ensure adherence of all regulatory compliances & critical policies set by the company.Team Building, Engagement & DevelopmentTo build a Sales Driven proactive team and enhance their capabilities by regularly imparting relevant knowledge and skills required for the FPDs to achieve their goals efficiently.
Meeting the Competition Teams and doing Competition Talent Mapping.
Engaging the team and keeping them engaged and motivated and ensuring that there is minimum attrition in the team.
To ensure that requisite product & behavioral trainings are imparted.
