HIH- Data Engineering Lead AnalystPosition OverviewWe're seeking a versatile Data Engineer to contribute to all aspects of our customer data platform. You'll work on various data engineering tasks, from designing data pipelines to implementing data integration solutions, playing a crucial role in enhancing our data infrastructure.Roles & Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain full-stack applications using our cutting-edge tech stack
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines using Snowflake, Databricks, and AWS services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver high-quality data solutions.
  • Optimize data storage and retrieval for performance and scalability.
  • Implement data quality checks and monitoring to ensure data integrity.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.
  • Experiment with new technologies and tools to improve our data platform
QualificationsRequired Experience & Skills:
  • 5 to 8 years of development experience
  • Strong proficiency in Python
  • Extensive experience with Snowflake and Databricks
  • Proficiency with AWS services (Lambda, EC2, Glue, Kinesis, SQS, SNS, SES, Pinpoint)
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with SQL and database management
  • Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git)
Preferred Experience & Skills:
  • Advanced proficiency with Snowflake and Databricks
  • Knowledge of cloud architecture and best practices
  • Ability to experiment with and adopt new technologies quickly
  • Experience with end-user messaging platforms
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
