The Role involves providing functional oversight to home office construction team deployed in India offices, involved in supporting Global Projects, including responsibilities such as reviewing the Constructability and construction productivity in Designs, implementing Advanced Work Packaging, Safety, along with other functional activities such as performance assessment and compensation planning of the team, supporting to teams career development, leading Learning and Development / training of the team assigned to construction function in India offices. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in engineering or construction Management having minimum of 20 years of field experience on large infrastructure projects such as Roadways, Rails, Airports, industrial projects like Oil & Gas processing units, Power Plants, Petro-Chem Complexes, LNG projects, Mining & Metals processing plants and other process plants. International Project experience and a deep understanding of construction practices followed on the large projects at high-cost project locations like USA/ Australia / Canada etc. is a must. Shall have thorough knowledge of constructability process, 3D Model reviews and design reviews for constructability, construction best practices, construction productivity, construction planning, exp of ES&H on construction projects, EPC work process experience and stakeholder management skills are mandatory for this role. An innovative thinker to lead and support process improvement initiatives, innovation in construction and agile to implement best practices to improve constructability, construction productivity & safety in construction.
