- Manage 250+ hiring requirements annually.
- Candidate will support 4 functions in India:- Global, IT, R&D and commercial Function.
- Coordinate interview scheduling for 6 team members in India, including 4-5 rounds per requisition and candidate engagement activities (e.g., coffee chats).
- Liaise with team members and internal stakeholders for seamless interview and recruitment coordination.
- Oversee onboarding activities, including document collection (~50 per hire), checklist management, and ensuring timely submission.
- End to End Offer Management, including payout details for PAN India hires.
- Maintain accurate and updated tracking sheets for requisitions, interviews, offers, and onboarding progress.
- Drive adherence to Turnaround Time (TAT) and ensure effective communication with both hiring managers and candidates.
- Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring and onboarding process.
- Stay flexible and adaptive to business/client needs and dynamic hiring demands.
- High school diploma or equivalent require.
- Proven experience in talent administration, recruitment coordination, or HR operations.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for reporting and tracking.
- Hands-on experience in onboarding activities and documentation management.
- Familiarity with SuccessFactors or similar HRMS tools is a plus.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Smart, proactive, detail-oriented, and organized to manage high-volume hiring.
- Flexible and adaptable to evolving priorities
- Experience in a business or office environment
- Customer service or administration preferred
- Fluent in English
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook.
- Ability to prioritize and organize own work
- Desire to provide a high level of customer service to colleagues and clients
