You will be responsible for managing incidents, identifying and implementing improvements to existing products.You are an excellent communicator with strong client management skills, and a real passion for technology.You are a self-starter and creative thinker.You are passionate about Power Platform and its potential to move organizations forward.Skills and QualificationsRequiredBachelor's degree or equivalent.3+ years of relevant professional experience in software engineering, platform governance or platform support services.Experience in solution development with Power Platform – Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio etc.Experience with RPA solution development and support with Power Automate Desktop, UiPath or other RPA tool.Understaning of PowerShell, GraphAPI, XRM toolbox and use in the context of Power Platform will be considered a big advantage.Understanding of Power Platform architecture and governance – licensing, tenant management, Power Platform CoE, environment mangement - will be considered a big advantage.Excellent oral and written communication skills, business acumen, and enterprise knowledge.Work with virtual/agile teams in different locations, aligning and adapting different work, culture, and communication styles.Experience in ITSM process is considered a big advantage.Adept at analyzing complex technical issues, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions.
