About The Role Our client is searching for a dynamic UI/UX Developer to play a key role in designing User Interfaces and creative designs for the company's Generative AI based products as well as company's internal & external websites and micro sites. 3 Month Contract Package: INR 80K -100K per month Key Responsibilities Responsibilities spanning across the Marketing as well as Technology teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and integration of user interfaces for their web-based software products and websites. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and design intuitive user interfaces for web applications and websites. Create wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to visually communicate design ideas and gather feedback. Develop and maintain style guides and design systems to ensure consistency across all digital platforms. Implement responsive design principles to ensure optimal user experience across various devices and screen sizes. Work closely with marketing and design teams, IT Developers, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design concepts into the development process. Ensure that designs adhere to accessibility standards, making their products usable for individuals with diverse abilities. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to continuously improve the user experience. Requirements A Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum 4 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Developer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work. Proficient in design and wireframing tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards. Experience with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus. Proficiency in user testing methodologies, tools, and techniques. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
