Own end-to-end delivery of Zoho implementation projects (CRM, Creator, Books, Projects, etc.)
Lead and manage a team of implementation executives and developers
Work closely with clients to understand business needs and translate them into scalable Zoho solutions
Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality
Drive daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and progress tracking (Agile environment)
Identify risks, dependencies, and proactively resolve project challenges
Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, custom functions, and automation
Maintain clear documentation and reporting for internal and client stakeholders
Improve processes and contribute to scaling delivery operationsRequirements2–5 years of experience in Project Management / Team Handling
Strong hands-on experience with Zoho ecosystem (Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, etc.)
Proven experience managing developers and implementation teams
Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong understanding of business workflows and process automation
Ability to manage multiple projects in a startup, high-growth environment
