Job Requisition ID #26WD97185Position OverviewAutodesk is seeking a Payroll Operations Senior Analyst for the APAC region to join our team. This position will report to our APAC Payroll Operations Senior Manager. You will be embedded virtually with our global payroll and stock team and be a member of a worldwide finance organization that strives to be best-in-class.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, knowledgeable with payroll regulations, and able to operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment to execute payroll processes across the APAC region. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll across multiple countries, while driving process improvements and supporting regional expansion. The ability to be flexible and to grow as a payroll tax professional is critical to the success of this person. This includes keeping an open mind to innovative ways, to challenge status quo to seek continuous improvement. This job requires execution of the below responsibilities with ownership and accountability.ResponsibilitiesManage and execute end-to-end payroll operations across multiple APAC countries (e.g., India, Singapore, China, Australia, among others)Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time in compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirementsReview payroll inputs including new hires, terminations, bonuses, equity, and benefitsPerform payroll audits, reconciliations, and variance analysis to ensure data integritySupport employee queries and develop knowledge articlesMaintain and update payroll documentation, policies, and standard operating proceduresPartner with external payroll vendors and internal stakeholders (HR, Finance, Legal) to resolve payroll-related issuesSupport statutory reporting, filings, and year-end activities across APAC jurisdictionsIdentify and implement process improvements and automation opportunitiesAssist with internal and external audits related to payrollOther special projects as they ariseMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent with 4+years of payroll operations experience across multiple APAC countriesExperience with Workday HCM and payroll processing platforms (e.g., iiPay, ADP, Workday, etc)Knowledge of payroll tax treatment with a variety of employee benefits and expensesExperience with multinational companies, technology industry a plusAbility to work independently, self-starter and results-orientedDetailed oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, organized and thorough with desire for continuous improvement and growth with a focus on automationCreative problem-solver who proposes innovative, logical solutions#LI-RV1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
