Skills & Background: - Graduate with rural sales or microfinance background (2+ years). - Familiarity with local geography and customer behavior. - Empathetic communicator who can build grassroots trust. - Hands-on attitude and ability to handle challenges independently. - Knowledge of insurance/banking products is a plus.
