Get to know us at and on , , , and .Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant-Implementation ManagerIn this role you will be responsible for simplifying complex IT Systems solutions for customers in all industries, understanding how to structure a process capture and process improvement initiative and how to facilitate the client through a pragmatic decision-making process.Responsibilities:Lead implementation projects and be completely accountable for all aspects.Develop and review the project plan, milestones, and delivery.Lead solution discussion for Solution architectInteract with project stakeholders and manage expectationsPreparation of Functional requirement document and closure with all stakeholdersEnsure application documentation is as per standardSuggest improvements in system developmentGuide technical leads and developersTeam handling and issue resolutionIdentifying issues, risks and benefits from the existing (as-is) and proposed (to-be) solutions and outlining their impact on business.Being involved in implementation, training and testing of the solutionsSupporting business transition and helping to establish changeBuilding relationships with customers at ground level and mid management level, to help manage the account, with support from the Program/Implementation Manager/Lead.Qualifications we seek in you!
