- Research, analyses, map, rank, report and maintain an up-to-date picture of the global channel partner (distributor) and service vendor global performance, footprint, capacity.
- Support regional teams with partner performance scoring activities, log channel performance and service vendor short comings, coverage and capacity constraints and capture sales and service plans to address.
- Analyze and understand data trends and recommend immediate remedial activity incl. sales, partner inventory levels / age
- Maintain tiered incentive schemes and tools to increase revenues and profits from indirect channels and manage their implementation and operation. Proactively identify enhancements, collecting business requirements to improve partners service or internal efficiencies
- Build and maintain a risk and opportunity register for the partner landscape, identify strengths, weaknesses, threats, and opportunities for each region.
- Maintain a global schedule for third party contract renewals, prompting contract owners to initiate renewals to ensure a timely renewals process.
- Collate information to support channel partner and services vendor approvals processes and provide reporting on approvals status.
- Provide data, costing, financial models to support change of route to market assessments and input to business cases working with region and functional stakeholders.
- Provide monthly reports on partner performance, sales, pipeline and other identified KPIs
- Maintain and administer data and materials in partner portals, CRM, SAP, Service Management and IT systems.
- To act as a point of contact and provide support and training to internal sales team and key departments on channel management tools and processes and portals
- Assist in analyzing, documenting, and implementing future initiatives, working as part of a bigger project team
