- Design, implement, and oversee learning and development programs to build critical skills across the organization.
- Partner with business leaders to identify training needs and translate them into tailored L&D initiatives.
- Develop and manage onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
- Create learning content, both in-person and digital, leveraging modern learning technologies.
- Track and evaluate training effectiveness through measurable KPIs (e.g., learning retention, performance improvement). Establish a culture of continuous learning by introducing coaching, mentoring, and self-learning pathways. ● Stay updated with industry learning trends (AI-driven learning, gamification, blended learning, etc.) and bring innovative methods into practice.
- Build relationships with external learning vendors and institutes to curate high-quality programs.
- Support leadership development initiatives, succession planning, and career development frameworks.
- Maintain L&D dashboards, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Proven experience as an L&D Specialist, Training Manager, or in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
- Ability to design and deliver engaging training modules for diverse audiences.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
- An analytical mindset to measure ROI and the effectiveness of learning programs.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training evaluation models
- Exposure to digital learning tools (e.g., Coursera, Udemy for Business, Degreed, or custom platforms).
- MBA in HR, Organizational Psychology, Education, or related discipline preferred.
