Support Digital Marketing IT team by leading operations for key areas: web, AI and DevSecOps. Lead and own initiatives within team focused on growing AI functionality, maturing devsecops across platforms and managing functionality for web operations "Define and execute the DevSecOps roadmap for Digital Marketing IT platforms. - Coach platform owners on best practices and ensure alignment with enterprise security, automation, and compliance goals. - Lead monthly maturity reviews and continuous improvement initiatives; define and track adoption and scaling metrics. - Collaborate with the security team to embed a “security-first” mindset across platforms. Partner with business teams to refine and document AI use cases; assess data/process readiness and benefit tracking. - Liaise with corporate AI teams to prioritize and shepherd requests through the AI funnel. - Evaluate embedded AI capabilities in platform tools; maintain a maturity and adoption matrix. - Collaborate with marketing to define AI strategy and communicate learnings and outcomes across the organization. - Manage and maintain SSO integrations to ensure a secure and seamless user experience. - Serve as the lead for acquisition/divestiture activities including domain name management, redirects, and vanity URLs. - Oversee cache and security settings with external service providers (e.g., Akamai); troubleshoot firewall and caching issues. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to communicate and track platform changes."
