This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and delivery, translating telecom use cases into scalable product capabilities.You will work closely with engineering, architecture, sales, and operations teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and drive adoption of telecom-focused products across OSS/BSS, network operations, and digital services.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Execution & DeliveryTranslate telecom business requirements into clear product features, epics, and user storiesSupport the product roadmap with data-driven inputs and customer feedbackAssist in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release readinessTrack feature adoption, usage metrics, and customer outcomesBusiness Analysis & RequirementsLeverage prior Business Analyst experience to:Conduct requirement elicitation workshops with internal and external stakeholdersCreate BRDs, PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteriaMap current-state vs future-state workflows across telecom processesEnsure traceability from business goals → product features → delivery outcomesTelecom Domain EngagementWork on products related to:OSS/BSS platformsNetwork operations (NOC, fault, performance, configuration)Service provisioning, assurance, and billing flowsUnderstand and model telecom constructs such as:Subscribers, services, plans, SLAsNetwork elements, alarms, KPIsOrder-to-activate and trouble-to-resolve workflowsStakeholder CollaborationAct as a bridge between engineering teams and business stakeholdersCollaborate with solution architects and delivery teams on feasibility and design trade-offsSupport sales and pre-sales teams with product inputs, demos, and documentationDocumentation & CommunicationMaintain clear and concise product documentationContribute to release notes, feature guides, and internal enablement materialPresent product updates to internal teams with clarity and structure
