As an Associate Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our clients in the rural areas of Bihar, India. This is a full-time position within our Retail Banking department, specifically in the Rural Banking division, focusing on Assets and Rural Unnati.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the rural areas of Bihar, India- Understand the financial needs of clients and provide appropriate solutions- Cross-sell various banking products and services to clients- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the bank- Conduct market research and identify potential opportunities for business growth- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients- Stay updated with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance with policies and proceduresQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or relationship management, preferably in the banking industry- Knowledge of rural banking and understanding of the local market in Bihar, India- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong sales and negotiation skills- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software- Willingness to travel within the assigned regionWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for career growth and development within our organization.
