- Review and interpret contract terms and conditions to ensure accurate invoicing and billing schedules.
- Generate, validate, and process billing in accordance with agreed contractual milestones or deliverables.
- Maintain and update billing trackers, ensuring alignment with contract obligations and timelines.
- Act as a liaison between finance, legal, and operational teams to resolve billing-related issues or discrepancies.
- Support contract lifecycle management activities, including contract setup, amendment processing, renewal tracking, and document management.
- Assist in monitoring compliance with contractual obligations and reporting requirements.
- Ensure contract documents are filed, archived, and managed according to internal policies and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate document signatures and approvals using digital tools.
- Provide general administrative support to the contract management team, including meeting coordination, follow-ups, and documentation.
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 or more years of experience in billing.
- Basic legal understanding is good to have but is not compulsory.
- Contract management background knowledge welcome
- Fluent English with strong verbal and written skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of billing-related contractual terms.
- Proficient in administrative coordination and document management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across departments.
- Comfortable working with contract management systems and billing tools.
- Proficient in technical writing and documentation.
