- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Support the sales team in providing exceptional customer service.

- Ensure the Branch is adequately staffed to meet dealer needs.
- Support the recruitment, training, and mentoring process for the sales team.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop and maintain a positive environment that promotes high performance and teamwork.
- Create and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage.
- Facilitate ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and presentation of the Branch.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking products.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy in inventory and financial transactions.
- Assist in managing Branch expenses and budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute in-store promotions and events.
- Analyze market trends and customer preferences to recommend product assortments and promotions.
- Utilize social media and other digital platforms to promote products and events.
- Collaborate with the Branch Manager in complying with legal, safety and regulatory standards.
- Assist in identifying operational risks and implementing appropriate mitigation action.
- Prepare and submit regular sales and operational reports to the senior management.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, retail management, or a related field.
- Professional qualification in marketing.
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities in English/Tamil and or Hindi.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales management, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing sales teams.
