Zippy Edibles, a B2B focused food processing company specializing in pasta, vermicelli, and textured protein products, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team and coordinate with leading brands, startups & retail chains. This role will be primarily focused on managing relationships with existing customers for our Jaspur unit, which produces a wide range of shelf-stable products such as durum, multigrain, gluten-free, and specialty pasta, as well as vermicelli and ready-to-fry pellets. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, handling all queries and resolving issues promptly and effectively. Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Coordinate with internal teams, including production, quality, pricing, and logistics, to ensure seamless service delivery and timely resolution of customer concerns. Keep customers informed about new product developments, production capabilities, and potential solutions that can benefit their businesses. Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement account-specific strategies to increase sales and profitability. Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, customer feedback, and market insights to the management team. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, account management, or customer service roles, preferably in the FMCG industry. Proven track record of managing multiple accounts and maintaining strong customer relationships. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, internal teams, and senior management. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive approach to addressing customer needs and concerns. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & CRM software. Willingness to travel frequently to customer locations and trade events. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with food products. Knowledge of food processing technologies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Familiarity with the North Indian market and consumer preferences. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and grow customer accounts. Location: Jaspur or Rudrapur, Uttarakhand The Business Development Executive will report to the Sales Manager and can be based in either our Jaspur or Rudrapur office.
