We are looking for a motivated Electronics Fresher with strong technical knowledge in PCB repair, telecom equipment testing, and troubleshooting. The candidate will assist in testing, diagnosing, and repairing electronic cards and telecom network components, while ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in testing, troubleshooting, and repairing telecom control cards, matrix cards, and power cards used in telecom and mobility equipment.Support the ECI Program (Ribbon) repair and testing process under supervision.Perform chip-level PCB troubleshooting and repair for telecom and network cards.Assist in testing and repair of NPT & Apollo family cards.Follow ESD compliance and workplace safety standards during repair operations.Support BGA reballing and PCB component replacement activities.Maintain repair logs, testing reports, and daily productivity reports.Coordinate with technical teams and supervisors for troubleshooting support.Assist in inventory management of electronic components and repair tools.Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI) process support and documentation.Required SkillsBasic knowledge of electronics circuit troubleshooting and PCB repairUnderstanding of telecom equipment and networking cardsKnowledge of BGA reballing techniquesFamiliarity with ESD safety practicesBasic understanding of testing equipment such as multimeter, oscilloscope, and soldering toolsGood communication and reporting skillsPreferred SkillsExposure to telecom network cards repairBasic knowledge of optical and mobility equipment cardsAwareness of quality standards and repair processesKey CompetenciesAnalytical troubleshooting abilityAttention to detailTechnical learning mindsetTeam collaborationProcess and quality complianceCareer GrowthThis role provides opportunities to grow into positions such as:Repair EngineerTest EngineerTelecom Hardware EngineerTechnical Support Engineer
