- Manage end-to-end operations for Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Vendor Hub, Flipkart Vendor Hub, and Flipkart Seller Central.
- Oversee product cataloging, including Premium A+ content, flat file listings, and parent/child variations using Excel.
- Resolve and prevent listing suppressions, including Andon suppressions for electronics and other categories.
- Plan, execute, and optimize high-budget ad campaigns on Amazon, including Macro, PI, and DSP ads.
- Drive performance during key sales events such as Prime Day and Diwali.
- Manage media buying across Amazon and Flipkart, including COOP packages and vendor-led promotions.
- Manage and optimize product listings for Amazon UAE, US, and EU (training can be provided).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with category managers at Amazon and Flipkart to enhance account visibility.
- Strategically participate in platform-led campaigns and promotional initiatives to boost sales.
- Perform fees reconciliation and manage lost & found claims across platforms.
- Monitor and analyze operational metrics to ensure profitability and efficiency.
- Proven experience managing seller/vendor accounts on Amazon and Flipkart.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce advertising platforms, campaign optimization, and sales strategies.
- Proficiency in Excel, flat file uploads, and marketplace reporting tools.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills with platform representatives.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret operational and sales data.
