  • Diploma or 12th passed.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in wood finishing and painting with at least 2 years in a
supervisory or foreman role.
  • Strong knowledge of different wood finishing techniques – sealer coats, PU, NC, melamine, staining, and polishing.
  • Ability to mix and match colors, apply finishes evenly, and handle spray guns and other painting tools.
  • Good leadership and communication skills.
  • Eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality finishes.
  • Familiar with factory safety practices and material handling procedures
  • Must have GCC experience.
