- Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual primary & secondary sales targets.
- Drive growth across the full Diageo brand portfolio in the CSD and PMF channels.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Marketing, and CSD Depots to ensure uninterrupted product availability.
- Minimize stock-outs and mitigate any business loss risks.
- Manage excise-related processes including Label Registrations, Permits, EVCs, and C-Forms in a timely and compliant manner.
- Conduct structured market assessments and competitor benchmarking to identify white spaces and future growth opportunities.
- Execute brand-led promotional activities across outlets and ensure proper deployment of trade schemes.
- Monitor effectiveness and visibility of promotional programs.
- Ensure timely payment collections from CSD and Para Military channels.
- Monitor receivables and address reconciliation issues.
- Track competitive activity, pricing, and market dynamics.
- Share weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Manage and mentor a third-party field sales team.
- Drive accountability through daily reporting and performance reviews.
