- Implement and monitor HSSE practices at base build and interior fit-out sites in compliance with BOCW Act and applicable state regulations.
- Identify hazards, conduct risk assessments, and implement control measures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Develop and enforce safety management plans, safe systems of work, and ensure compliance through regular site monitoring.
- Ensure contractors adhere to safety requirements, including preparation and execution of safe work method statements.
- Conduct safety audits, inspections, and prepare timely reports with actionable insights.
- Train and guide contractors and vendors on safety standards, compliance requirements, and best practices.
- Facilitate effective communication and consultation with site teams to promote a strong safety culture.
- Review emergency preparedness plans and ensure readiness for timely response across sites.
- Manage safety operations across multiple sites as a shared resource, ensuring consistency and compliance.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in construction safety management, preferably in interior fit-out projects.
- Diploma in Industrial Safety Management or equivalent technical qualification from a recognized institute.
- Certifications such as NEBOSH/IOSH are mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of statutory safety regulations (BOCW Act, state rules) and site safety practices.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience in safety documentation and reporting.
