We help businesses with their digital growth in the areas of Customer Experience, Enterprise Content, Customer Communication, and Structured Content Management.WHO DO WE SEEK?We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead with a functional background in Salesforce Commerce Cloud for B2B to design, develop, and manage Salesforce-based systems and applications. The Technical Lead will be responsible for gathering project requirements, creating scalable solutions (collaborating with the technical architect), providing data-driven analysis, and guiding the development team throughout the project.Requirements
  • Solution Design: Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that leverage Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Development: Lead the technical delivery of Salesforce implementations, including development of custom solutions and interfaces.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including design specifications, deployment guides, and system support guides.
  • Optimization: Ensure the Salesforce system aligns with company’s business processes and collaborate with stakeholders to continually improve and optimize the system.
  • Code Review: Perform code reviews to ensure code quality and appropriate design patterns.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business teams, stakeholders, developers, and other IT professionals to ensure the Salesforce platform is optimized for the organization’s needs.
Technical requirements:
  • Proficiency in Apex, VisualForce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and Salesforce development tools and methodologies.
  • Must have implemented Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2B in conjunction with Sales Cloud.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with integrating multiple technologies with Salesforce, is a strong asset
  • Experience is Salesforce Sales, Service, Billing, and Revenue Cloud.
