- Solution Design: Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that leverage Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Development: Lead the technical delivery of Salesforce implementations, including development of custom solutions and interfaces.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including design specifications, deployment guides, and system support guides.
- Optimization: Ensure the Salesforce system aligns with company’s business processes and collaborate with stakeholders to continually improve and optimize the system.
- Code Review: Perform code reviews to ensure code quality and appropriate design patterns.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business teams, stakeholders, developers, and other IT professionals to ensure the Salesforce platform is optimized for the organization’s needs.
- Proficiency in Apex, VisualForce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and Salesforce development tools and methodologies.
- Must have implemented Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2B in conjunction with Sales Cloud.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with integrating multiple technologies with Salesforce, is a strong asset
- Experience is Salesforce Sales, Service, Billing, and Revenue Cloud.
