Engage in on-call rotations, providing expert support and debugging for both customer-reported and internally identified service incidents. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 12+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python. Exceptional skills with a proven ability to inspire and lead cross-functional engineering teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. 12+ years of professional software development experience, with a solid track record of building large-scale, reliable cloud services. Proficiency in general-purpose programming languages such as C#, TypeScript, C/C++ is essential. A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing software development teams, demonstrating the ability to nurture talent, drive team performance, and deliver high-quality software solutions.
