Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps.

Microsoft certification on AZ-400 Designing and Implementing Microsoft DevOps (Required)

Strong experience in Azure DevOps including Board, pipelines, repos, artifacts etc.

Strong experience with DevOps practice and processes

Good experience & exposure scripts like YAML, JSON, PowerShell/Bash, Ansible

Good experience in release management process

Strong experience with containers like Docker, Kubernetes, AKS

Experience with any cloud integration i.e. MS Azure, AWS etc.

Experience with IaC scripts like terraform, ARM templates, Biceps.

Strong cloud monitoring and security implementation

Good knowledge and experience with DR & backup practices

Good client communication and stakeholder management

Experience with Agile methodologies

Experience in Azure DevOps creating build and release pipelines incorporating automated tools using portal/YAML

balancing, application endpoints exposure, Security, Identity and access management,vulnerability scanning, Kubernetes version upgrade, volume, secrets.

Experience of working with containerization tech such as Docker, Documenting deployment

artifacts as well conducting knowledge transfer to operation team for operate state

Experience in sanity and health check of Pod/container and application using Azure

Monitor/Prometheus/Grafana/ELK Stack.

Experience in service mesh like Istio, linkerd, consul, etc..

Experience in security integration with Azure AD for RBAC, firewall, IP restrictions, Node

security, Identity and access management (IAM), vulnerability scanning.

Demonstrated expertise in AppSec, DAST, SAST, SCA/SBOM, OWASP Top 10, API Security and other relevant areas

Strong desire to keep up to date with technology developments and learn new skills

Experience with configuration management and automation technologies such as PowerShell DSC, Chef and Puppet

Creating and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps (VSTS) to deploy both infrastructure and applications

As the Manager - DevSecOps Architect, you will lead a team of skilled professionals in designing and implementing secure, scalable, and automated solutions across our software development and infrastructure environments. The ideal candidate will bring leadership skills, technical expertise, and a proven track record of successfully managing and implementing DevSecOps initiatives.Responsibilities:1. DevSecOps Leadership:Provide strategic leadership in the adoption and implementation of DevSecOps best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.Lead the transformation of the organization's development and operations processes to embed security at every stage.2.
